Cpu stall caused by hostapd running two interfaces

Hello,

I'm running into problems while trying to start AP's on 2 interfaces.
Devices are:
- Compex WLE900VX (QCA9880)
- Killer 1535 (QCA6174)

The 1535 is a new addition to the system.
Compex by itself runs fine, Killer also can run alone.

But when running them together all hell breaks lose.
System is unusable, cannot even reboot.

My system was updated before testing & posting.

That looks like an upstream kernel bug.  I suggest reporting this to the linux-wireless mailing list.

I see this too. Running the LTS kernel works around this though. I am using the same Compex (ath10k_pci) along with an old D-link USB dongle (rt73usb).

Discussion still continues on the mailing list, so far issue still persists.
Good to know it works on the LTS.

Looks like this fix was included in kernel 4.19.1. No issue on my system running 2 hostapd instances after upgrading.
