downgrading the kernel to 4.17.14 make everything works as usual.

Am I missing something in the upgrade?

Re: [Solved]BCM4312 not working after kernel update from 4.17.14 to 4.18.3

It is an upstream regression. Fixed in 4.19-rc7.
Applied to 4.18.13-stable tree as well
