[SOLVED] NVRM: fallen off the bus during NVIDIA modprobe

Hi all,
after an update of kernel the load of nvidia module starts to fail with:

[ 225.135384] nvidia-nvlink: Nvlink Core is being initialized, major device number 238
[  225.135609] nvidia 0000:01:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0003)
[  225.280176] NVRM: The NVIDIA GPU 0000:01:00.0
               NVRM: (PCI ID: 10de:13d7) installed in this system has
               NVRM: fallen off the bus and is not responding to commands.
[ 225.328270] nvidia: probe of 0000:01:00.0 failed with error -1
[ 225.328294] NVRM: The NVIDIA probe routine failed for 1 device(s).
[ 225.328295] NVRM: None of the NVIDIA graphics adapters were initialized!
[ 225.328427] nvidia-nvlink: Unregistered the Nvlink Core, major device number 238

I've tried to search for the solution and it seems most of the people encountered the problem after a while. I encounter it always - just cant load the NVIDIA module.
On windows everything works fine, i can play games for any time i want.

I've tried to add to kernel line:

pcie_port_pm=off rcutree.rcu_idle_gp_delay=2

But that does not help.

Versions installed:

linux 4.18.1.arch1-1
linux-api-headers 4.17.11-1
linux-firmware 20180815.f1b95fe-1
linux-headers 4.18.1.arch1-1
nvidia 396.51-3
nvidia-settings 396.51-1
nvidia-utils 396.51-1

Thanks for help!
