kbd - KDE - remap keys

Hi everyone,

I'd like to ask a little help, I am trying to remap Pause key and Scroll Lock key to volume up and down using xkb (I have no problems doing this with xmodmap). I created this: /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-custom-tesoro-volume.kbd.conf and added these:

Tried with different combinations like Pause:VOL+, PAUS:VOL+.... I can see in Xorg.0.log that the XkbOptions are read but after restarting it still did not take effect. To be honest I could not figure out what the XKbOptions expects so that is why I tried with some trial errors but still no luck.

I executed xkbcomp -xkb $DISPLAY which generated server-0.xkb for me, contents:
