Taucs library installing

I've tried to install the taucs library  http://www.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/taucs/
on the Arch Linux.

But during the compilation I've this error:

src/taucs.h:829: error: 'taucs_blas_name' declared as function returning a function

Somebody Has successfully installed this lib on Arch Linux ???

I haven't used taucs but umfpack is available is AUR.  TAUCS development doesn't seem very active and umfpack is pretty much the industry standard multifrontal solver.
