[solved] pacman only sees part of all packages

Somehow I screwed up my system.

[root@amd64-archlinux pacman.d]# pacman -Syu
:: Synchronising package databases...
 core is up to date
 extra is up to date
 community is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
 there is nothing to do
[root@amd64-archlinux pacman.d]# pacman -S wine
error: target not found: wine
[root@amd64-archlinux pacman.d]# pacman -S lxterminal
warning: lxterminal-0.3.1-2 is up to date -- reinstalling
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...

Packages (1) lxterminal-0.3.1-2

Total Download Size:   0.09 MiB
Total Installed Size:  0.38 MiB
Net Upgrade Size:      0.00 MiB

:: Proceed with installation? [Y/n] n

So some packages are to be installed, some not.
To stay with wine:

pacman -Qs wine
local/steam-wine-git 1.1.r5.g00ceea8-1
    Steam with simple wine wrapper
local/wine 3.7-1
    A compatibility layer for running Windows programs
local/wine-mono 4.7.3-1
    Wine's built-in replacement for Microsoft's .NET Framework
local/wine_gecko 2.47-1
    Wine's built-in replacement for Microsoft's Internet Explorer
local/winetricks 20180815-1
    Script to install various redistributable runtime libraries in Wine

Why isn't wine found and updated to current version 3.14?

!!! False alarm !!!

With some update, I must have commented out the multilib repo. Since today, I didn't realize, that wine belongs to this repo  so I thought I wouldn't need it.

@skunktrader: Thanks for being faster than myself

And to all:Sorry for the noise!

Re: [solved] pacman only sees part of all packages

Are you really trying to run wine as root, or was that only for demonstration purposes?

Apologies.  I misread your post.
