Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (999)

Hi!

I have been recently hit by an error showing in the Plasma Add-Ons application, where I can install New Looks for my KDE.

The error says: "Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (999)". I can't see my installed themes. Is there any solution to this? When I use Discover, it also throws some errors, and it shows me that I have 3 Arc KDE themes installed, which I'm not able to uninstall.
