Hi,
I am using ArchLinux on my ASUS Notebook and sure I want suspend2 to work on my system, but: Do I really need to use the beyond-kernel?
I had to find out that "beyond" just means that it is a patched kernel with patches which are not "officially part of the kernel". Is that assumption true?
Anyway, is there a way to use the "normal" (vanilla?) kernel AND have the suspend2 feature?
Thanks for your help.

Sure, but:
Do I have a desktop system? NO!
Do I need suspend2 on my non-existant desktop system? NO!
Am I selfish? YES!
Want me to add this in the WiKi?
Damn...no more coffee tonight!
