Hello
There is something that il'd like to understand (at least to some extend) and than CHANGE it.
Using KDE I find two different Dialog-styles for the Open and save dialog.
My Filemanagers are PCmanFM (thats what I like most) and Dolphin (default kde).
So and it happens for I do not now how to undermine reasons, that for instant Leafpad uses a dialog in pcmanfm maner and Libreoffice the disturbing Dolphin Dialog.

The dialogs depend on the gui toolkit of the program. e.g. gtk2, gtk3, qt, etc..
Please do not post oversized images. Only post thumbnails or links.

As mentioned there, libreoffice is an explicit case where it's possible to change the backing toolkits.

thanks so much V1del, x33a and hcjl,
you made me happy just a sec ago.
This worked:
Arch Linux Wiki > LibreOffice>Themes
To force the use of a certain VCL UI interface, use one of the SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen, SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kde4, SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk or SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 environment variables. These variables can be uncommented in /etc/profile.d/libreoffice-fresh.sh or /etc/profile.d/libreoffice-still.sh;
(rtfm)
And Thanks also for reformating my first post and taking out the images. I have learned to not post images in that size and rather use a text link.
all the best
PS Topic can be closed, but how can i do?

We don't close topics, we just mark them in the thread title as "[Solved]" (which you have done ).
Managing AUR repos The Right Way -- aurpublish (now a standalone tool)
