For the last 2 days I have been having problems with my LibreOffice install under KDE Plasma 5. When I try to save an odt file soffice.bin starts to hang and takes up 100 % of my CPU. After killing the process lo_kde5filepick spikes 100 % and I have to kill it as well. It seems that I can save a fresh odt file but NOT an existing odt IF that file is saved to a different location. Anybody else having these issues?

Made a bug report. Since I am still having this issue and I use Libreoffice everyday. So this is getting annoying. Here is the link to the bug report.

FWIW if you have to have this "fixed" now you should be able to enable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 at the cost of KDE file dialogs. Still should be reported upstream

How do I enable that?
EDIT: Nevermind I looked in the Arch wiki and found the answer. Forcing SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3_kde5 fixes the issue as well for me. I will try get around reporting it upstream later today. If I do I will post the link to the bug report and on the bug report I made in Arch.

Seems to be fixed now with the update to 6.1.1.
