Using gnome-shell 3.30.0+37+
I made a fresh Arch installation and recovered the whole /home/ folder from my backup (1 month old up to date Arch Linux as well) but I'm facing a problem with my default Downloads folder. Every application downloads by default into my home (~/) folder directly and it doesn't put into the ~/Downloads/ folder.
The problem I think was started because I didn't backup/restore the ~/Downloads/ folder before I logged in as the user for the first time. I created the ~/Downloads/ folder manually but it doesn't make a difference. Nautilus doesn't show the Downloads folder by default either (of course).
How can I make the ~/Downloads/ folder as the default "Downloads folder" again? I had a look into the dconf Editor but no luck :-(
Thank you very much in advance.
