How to create a launcher for disabling BD PROCHOT

My laptop is throttling the CPU when the battery is under a certain level. This is very annonying. The command to disable this is

wrmsr 0x1FC 17422

I want to create a launcher that automatically types this comman into the terminal and closes it again. It also has to be entered as root.

KDE Plasma, ThinkPad X380 Yoga, Intel Core i7-8550U, Intel UHD Graphics 620, 512GB PCIe-NVMe SSD (OPAL 2.0), 16GB PC4-19200 (2400 MHz)

Are you sure that's what you want to do?

Personally I'd write a systemd service file instead.
