Gnome 3 taskbar only show current active task.(SOLVED)

When I opened several application, e.g. Firefox + files, i found my Gnome 3 taskbar only show current active application.

e.g. when i press ALT + TAB, if current active application is firefox, i will see

After I switch to files,

Even, wine application is float on desktop in one separate window.

You know, what i expected is: i can see all opened application icon in my taskbar, just like plasma.

Following is my install process:

pacman -S gnome 
systemctl enable gdm.service

And i use XOrg as X backend.

This is the intended behaviour of the Gnome3 Shell.
Using gnome-tweaks you can enable a secondary windows bar:
Extensions→Window List
