[solved] Pacman stalls

Pacman stopped working for me today. I tried run pacman -Syu after booting and it claimed db.lck was still on, so I checked to make sure nothing was still using it and removed it. After running pacman -Sy it stops on ":: Synchronizing package databases...".

I've updated my mirrorlist using rankmirrors and that has not fixed anything. Attached is the output from debug, which I've left open hoping it'll reach a timeout or something eventually and give me more information. Any ideas?

EDIT: It seems that even though the first mirror continually ranked first it wasn't really working. Removing it solved the problem. Closing thread..
