I can arch-chroot into my drive from a boot disk, but cannot boot from the drive. It had been working fine for about two years now. I tried downgrading the kernel, but that did not solve the problem. Not sure what else to try.

Hi aversglay, what's the error you get when you boot the system?
Offline
"No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot this machine" is all I see if I don't put a USB live disk in.

Sounds like a BIOS error. Are you sure the system is booting UEFI?

Maybe the BIOS is trying a non-UEFI boot? Try forcing a UEFI boot in the BIOS.

Thanks, yes played around with the bios settings until I got it to boot. Not sure why it stopped booting, but it is booting now. I will mark this solved.
