Where did that list of "installed packages" come from? That's clearly not the output of `pacman -Qq`.
Might that be the output of `pacman -Qeq`?
When you unstinstalled plasma-desktop, did you also remove it's dependencies, or are all of it's depenencies still on your system as orphans (this is by far the most parsimonious explanation).
What's the output of `pacman -Qdtq`?

plasma-desktop is only a small part, all of the other packages are part of frameworks which are libraries that might well be in use if you still have KDE applications installed.
