Can you install & run android applications on arch

hello, is there a way to install and run apk on arch? I did some googling and found that even bluestacks is kinda unstable atm, is there a way to do this by either running an emulator or likewise? does android-sdk tools and stuff has something to with this?

android-x86 in virtual machine.
Haven't really tested stuff like Anbox.
