The pkgbuild page shows "404 - Page Not Found". I have never seen this kind of error before. Is it a bug?

You're looking at the AUR devel web page. The correct link should be https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/copperspice-git. I don't think the devel page counts as official, so errors are to be expected, I guess...
I grep'ed the aur-request mailing archive and did not find any reference to copperspice-git. I don't know why it was removed. You are still able to clone it though.
Edit: a word

@a821, I didn't realized that I was looking at aur-dev. Do you think it's a bug in arch aur-dev system, or it's possible for a author to remove PKGBUILD webpage but keep the git repo open? I haven't created any aur myself.

AFAIK, when AUR packages are removed, the respective git repositories are as a rule never deleted, just hidden. They can always be cloned and optionally re-uploaded by a new maintainer.
I don't know how you ended up in the AUR devel webpage, but as I said, I think it is just a testing platform for developers and not intended for end users. A TU may give a better explanation than me.

Did you google this link? The aur-dev subdomain is only partially functional, uses outdated data, and is meant purely for testing out the features of development versions of the website. It's 100% not meant to be used, and quite frankly it's an SEO bug that google is even allowed to index the page in the first place.

@eschwartz. Yes, I googled "copperspice aur". It's the first result now.
