I recently did an update and now when I start the httpd service I get
oct 30 20:58:14 lenovo httpd[19143]: httpd: Syntax error on line 67 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/libphp7.so into server: libicui18n.so.63: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directoryIt is breaking when httpd loads modules/libphp7.so, there is no 63 installed, and there is no 63 even available to install
$> pacman -Qo /usr/lib/libicui18n*

/usr/lib/libicui18n.so is owned by icu 62.1-1
/usr/lib/libicui18n.so.62 is owned by icu 62.1-1
/usr/lib/libicui18n.so.62.1 is owned by icu 62.1-1
/usr/lib/libicui18n.so is owned by icu 62.1-1
/usr/lib/libicui18n.so.62 is owned by icu 62.1-1
/usr/lib/libicui18n.so.62.1 is owned by icu 62.1-1It seems that modules/libphp7.so was compiled with 63.
However, when I try to recompile either php-apache22/php-apache25 from AUR they fail because they are missing apache22/apache25, and neither of those will compile because of 404 or "connection refused" errors.
Does anyone have an idea how I might get Apache/2.4.37 to load a post Oct 23 update php7 module?

You have an old version of icu installed. Either you did a partial upgrade, or have a faulty mirror.
