Ethernet abruptly disappeared. Asus z97x-gaming-3 killer E2200.

I can't pinpoint when exactly because I had wifi on top of ethernet, so in daily use I just didn't notice until I had to download a big file.  There appears not to be any LAN setting in the BIOS, but Windows 10 doesn't seem to find any ethernet connection either.  The ethernet's yellow light is on, but green is not on.  I tried the ethernet cord on a raspberry pi and the green light does turn on.  I assume that means the cord works.  Then I tried the commands lspci:

So, wifi is existent, but I can't find ethernet at all.  It seems like hardware problem, but I don't know how to narrow down what exactly hardware wise is affecting the ethernet.

Sorry for the formatting, first time.

1. please don't bump, but use the edit link to mend your posts
2. please use "code" tags, not "quote" tags to markup command I/O
3. the device isn't detected (according to amazons product page, it'd be an atheros chip), so if there's really no UEFI/BIOS setting and the chip isn't detected on Windows either (what about by the UEFI?) there's a high chance that it's fused. Possibly it's an issue w/ an UEFI update
4. Also ensure to read up https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Du … th_Windows - windows "fast start" can have weird effects (but I think, at least windows should still detect the device)

Re: Ethernet abruptly disappeared. Asus z97x-gaming-3 killer E2200.

Thank you for your patience.  I would have fixed, but I was out buying an NIC card because I needed Ethernet ASAP.  I think the ethernet got fused.  This post was just a panicked mess to be honest.  It was a gigabyte z97x-gaming-3, and I must have fried my board plugging  2 vgas into one gpu by accident (long story).  Again, thanks for your response.  I'll try to post more properly next time.
