(SOLVED)Libc++

i cant install libc++ i tried with yaourt and then it shows this

==> Building and installing package
==> Making package: libc++ 7.0.0-1 (Sun Nov  4 10:19:05 2018)
==> Checking runtime dependencies...
==> Checking buildtime dependencies...
==> Retrieving sources...
  -> Downloading llvm-7.0.0.src.tar.xz...
  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
  0     0    0     0    0     0      0      0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:--     0
curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to releases.llvm.org:443
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://releases.llvm.org/7.0.0/llvm-7.0.0.src.tar.xz
    Aborting...
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build libc++.

then i proceed with the download of https://releases.llvm.org/7.0.0/llvm-7.0.0.src.tar.xz via browser and tried pacman -U and shows this

[jony@Box libc++]$ sudo pacman -U '/home/jony/Downloads/libc++/llvm-7.0.0.src.tar.xz'
[sudo] password for jony:

error: missing package metadata in /home/jony/Downloads/libc++/llvm-7.0.0.src.tar.xz

Re: (SOLVED)Libc++

This seems like an X-Y problem.  Why are you trying to install libc++?  Why are you trying to install a source archive with pacman?

Re: (SOLVED)Libc++

git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/libc++.git
cd libc++/
makepkg -odd

Does that produce the same download error?

Re: (SOLVED)Libc++

Apart from this issue does the system have any other issues downloading from the internet?
