Hello everyone, i spent 3 hours searching google \ forums for this question, but didn't find any answer.
I'm new to Arch, working on VMWare atm, and i saw feature of Global Menu in KDE. I just wanna to update my Plasma, cause now it's KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.2 and KDE Framework Version: 5.51.0 and Qt Version: 5.11.2
I saw Global Menu is avaliable in KDE 5.5+, i did "pacman -S plasma", it did nothing, cause i'm up to date. Same with "pacman -Syu". I looked at oficcial arch repos, and the latest version of plasma-dekstop is 5.13 or somthng.
Can you please help me with this? Thank's and sorry if there was a forum post already about this.

5.14.2 is greater than 5.5+

Oh, i'm stupid. Ok, sorry then, but the question is i don't have Global Menu options in System Settings -> Widget Style -> Fine Tuning.

right click on the desktop (make sure widgets are unlocked), Add Panel -> Application Menu bar.
