[Solved]What gens /var/log/private

Dir /var/log/private has no files, can rmdir, When system restarted /var/log/private is re-gened?
When pacman -Qo is run on /var/log/private, no owner, as most  /var/log/* have no owner
Just sudo grep'ed thru /usr/lib/systemd/system and /usr/lib/systemd/user for private -no hits
Googling l generated log/private shows mac/osx stuff or just /var/log/ problems.

Re: [Solved]What gens /var/log/private

Knew systemd had something to do with file /var/log/private
Looked at man tmpfiles.d, private maybe used by daemons
which is root only?
Thank You
