vmware segmentation fault

Hello!
I have an issue with my pc on Archlinux
when I run vmware it segfault and I have no idea how to fix it ...
I use aur/vmware-workstation 15.0.0-2

I remove UTF-16.so and i get  :

Why would you remove that library? What made you think that is a cause for the seg fault? When does it crash? Is it a VM guest that crashes on startup, or when you do specific things on the guest?

vmware dumps a core, please "man coredumpctl" and post the backtrace.

Thanks but I made it work with removing the UTF-16.so and relinking it with another one
