Fixing pacman -Sy

Hey all. Yes, I know that I shouldn't run it. And I didn't. I'm just afraid that I will one day. I searched the wiki but I did not find any recovery methods. If I accidentally run pacman -Sy, is there any recovery? I ask (in truth) because I just accidentally ran it. I was able to immediately cancel it, and I ran pacman -Syu to be safe, but that was a very close call and I want to know if I will be absolutely wrecked if I mess up again. I've put a lot of work into my Arch install - I don't want to lose it.

Edit: I missed it. For those reading from the future, running Pacman -Syu with a properly synced mirror will fix issues caused by pacman -Sy, granted pacman isn't broken.

Re: Fixing pacman -Sy

Running -Su immediately afterwards is fine.

Re: Fixing pacman -Sy

Running pacman -Sy by itself is not making any changes to you system that affect its behaviour, except for future pacman calls. And you fix pacman by just issuing a normal full system update: pacman -Syu.
