uname -r
4.19.1-arch1-1-ARCHWM is dwm
I have tried to boot the system with
amdgpu.dc=0 which made no difference.
any help to solve or debug this problem is appreciated.
Edit: dmesg
Edit2: The problem seems to be not just when resuming from suspend, I left my laptop and the web browser (qutebrowser) open for 1 hour and when I came back I found the same issue.
Note: No autosuspend option is active in my setup, just the screen dim when the system is inactive for some time.

amdgpu.dpm=0 amdgpu.aspm=0 amdgpu.runpm=0 amdgpu.bapm=0If it works, try only "amdgpu.dpm=0"
Do you also run some compositor?

Thanks for reply no compositor is installed I will try boot with
amdgpu.dpm=0 amdgpu.aspm=0 amdgpu.runpm=0 amdgpu.bapm=0and check if that works.
Edit: No that does not make any difference.
