How to list kernel settings?

I know sysctl, but it does not show me settings like...

idle=nomwait
amdgpu.dc=1

How can I list these?

Re: How to list kernel settings?

Or, if you meant the kernel configuration rather than the kernel command line,
zcat /proc/config.gz
