Dbus problem when I login as user the first time since starting the PC

I had to change HDD and make pacman -Suy and got a problem after that. When getty autologin me, there is a 25s timeout by systemd, no dbus environment variables, "systemctl status --user" shows an error "can not connect to bus". When I logout and getty autologins me again -- everything is fine. How to get DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS and XDG_RUNTIME_DIR at the first login? Where are more detailed logs explaining the 25s systemd timeout?
The most essential part of journalctl:

Re: Dbus problem when I login as user the first time since starting the PC

25s is the default dbus timeout (ie. wait time until the bus is considered not responding)

getty autologin

Race condition/timing issue? If you just boot and then login by hand when reaching getty (or add an artificial sleep wait), do you still hit this?

Re: Dbus problem when I login as user the first time since starting the PC

I have disabled getty and manually typed login and password. It took like 10 seconds. The same dbus problem and 25 seconds timeout.
But when I started the system and logined as root -- no problems, no timeout.
