No sound after reboot Soundblaster Z

I have an issue with my soundblaster z.

After a reboot i have no sound until i unplug my speakers plug them into another port of the soundcard and replug them back to the corrent one.

Any ideas what the reason for that is and how to solve it?

Are you using just ALSA or pulse as well? Post

aplay -lL
amixer -c$cardindex from the aplay -l output$
pacmd list-sinks #Before and after replug, if using pulse

FWIW this might simply be an issue in the driver, it has only very recently (kernel 4.18) received any really usable support for this card, and there might be some port not being properly reevaluated on a fresh start
