Mouse: Logitech G203 (also happens on the G300S, haven't tested any other mice)
Input Driver: Happens with libinput and evdev (libinput used was the default config made the nvidia driver, evdev was used following the guide for extra mouse buttons on the Arch Wiki)
Kernel: 4.19.2
GPU Driver: Nvidia 410.78
My mouse for no apparent reason disconnects and reconnects. The mouse is disconnected anywhere from <1 second to 5 seconds or so. It acts like I just unplugged the mouse (i.e. the lights turn off).
Here's my xorg log

Try to turn off autosuspend for USB:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Power_management
If this doesn't help, the problem may be with hardware (either the USB port or mouse).

Sorry I don't really understand from that wiki page how to disable it. Can you explain it?
Offline
Yes, you need to find out the idVendor and idProduct of your mouse with 'lsusb -v' and add the udev rule as described in the 'blacklist' receipt here:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Po … utosuspend
For more detailed information you can refer to:

Despite it still happens.
Would there be a way to fully disable on my system perhaps?

UDEV rule for totallu disabling USB autosuspend:
ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="usb", TEST=="power/control", ATTR{power/control}="on"

Still happens. Ugh. Maybe I'll just get a new mouse

But you said you tried two different mice. It'll probably happen again with a third mouse.

Both were Logitech mice. Might be something to do with them or my motherboard, which I'm upgrading at Christmas
