Can't connect to cellphone hotspot

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to my cellphone hotspot but it doesn't work. I get the error "Activation of the network failed".
I never had any problems connecting to any other wifi.

I'm using network manager.

Yes, if I log into windows I can connect to it.
