[LIVE INSTALL] DHCPv6 has no addresses available for the interface

Hello, today I tried to install Arch, but the problem I'm going do tell about didn't allowed me to.

So, here's my journal (I can't write whole outputs because I'm not on VM, so if you need any information I'll find it through the output of any command).

STEP 1: load keys in my language. And that's ok.
STEP 2: verify the internet connection. And this is where the problem rises.

At first I pinged 8.8.8.8, and it works.

Then I try to ping archlinux.org. What happens is that it resolves the name with an IPv6 and it doesn't connect.

So I "investigate" into dhcpcd service with systemctl status.

1) systemctl status dhcpcd: active(running) but with an error saying "dhcp6_listen: Address already in use".

2) systemctl status dhcpcd@enp3s0: active(running) with many error lines that say "DHCPv6 REPLY: No addresses available for this interface."

What does it mean exactly? How can i "give" (forgive my language) it an address? Also, is this related to my pc or has to do with the router?

step 2 should be determining whether this is an UEFI / CSM or Bios system.

What type of system are you installing arch on : physical x86_64  , virtual machine, a kerosine powered cheese grater ?

Yes, you're right. I didn't write anything about UEFI/BIOS because I thought it was irrelevant.

Anyway, I'm installing arch on a phisical x86_64 machine, in UEFI mode.

The kernel module it uses for ethernet is r8169 if this helps.

Try

$ ping -4 -c10 www.archlinux.org
$ ping -c10 138.201.81.199
$ ping -c10 2a01:4f8:172:1d86::1

and tell us which ones fail/succeed .

The first two commands succeed. The last one fails.

That indicates either your router or ISP don't have proper ipv6 support .

For now I suggest you disable IPv6 and make  a note to investigate ipv6 support sometime in the future.
That will allow you to continue the install.
