Can't create a sound device from bluetooth headphone

Hi,

I try to connect headphone Samsung U Flex to my arch. I installed all dependencies and done everything from https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bluetooth_headset.

shows only one card (i know there should be the second one for bluez5)

Previous I had a problem with missing oFono (there was an error about missing oFono). After installation, the error disappear but I have a new error:

Before the last update the sound worked (no mic) but now I'm not able to create a sound device for the headphone. It would be great to fix mic too.
