What's the name of this pacman frontend?

I remember installing a nice pacman frontend about a year ago. It was a quite feature rich tui. I remember that it used to take some time to startup since it would load up the whole package database from disk. Does anyone know it's name?

Manjaro also has octopi or pamac. Not sure if they work on Arch tho...

Even though the ArchWiki captions the section linked by Piri in the previous post “Graphical”, it includes a TUI frontend: pcurses.

pcurses does take a moment to start up, like about 2 seconds. Is it what you seek?

It's also included in Community :-)

No, not in the slightest.

pcurses is a TUI interface based on ncurses, running in your terminal. Its main feature is browsing the package databases and listing what pacman -Si (or -Qi) would show. You can put packages into a queue and call user-defined commands on them. (Literally any command, but usually one would use pacman's install or removal commands.)

tkPacman is a GUI interface, running on your graphical desktop. Just look at one screen shot on the project page. It more closely resembles (simple) graphical package managers as known from other distributions.
