is there special steps i need to take while installing the system on a fresh new BIOS RAID 0?
or is it just a regular install since the raid is at the BIOS level?

The wiki contains an article about installing Arch Linux with FakeRAID.

seen the article but i see its for dual booting linux and windows which i don't wanna do in this system. and the question remains, "how hard it is" compared to a regular installment of the system.

If you're not going to be installing Windows then why use FakeRAID in the first place?
Just use mdadm instead...

from what i figured from doing some searching around, only the free space is being striped(raid-0) and not the whole system like grub, root etc.. so figured that a FakeRAID will stripe the whole drive even if it's GRUB files or root.
the main thing i want to achieve in this raid 0 is to lower the system boot time and some software's i have on the raid-0.
tell me if its not the case with mdadm so ill cancel the FakeRAID and just do the installation with mdadm.
