I'm not using this software. Said that, I think you should find or write on your own a .rules file to override default polkit actions. Try starting from:

The actions file for polkit is located in packagekit package, the file name is /usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/org.freedesktop.packagekit.rules. You should find lots of help in some older Ubuntu threads as packagekit was used as a default package manager in Ubuntu GUIs.
