[SOLVED] No updates in two months?

According to /var/log/pacman.log, the last time I ran a full system update using pacman -Syu and had packages updated was October 2nd, 2018.
I have been trying to update my system regularly like we are supposed to multiple times in the last two months, but always get

[paul@paul ~]$ sudo pacman -Syu
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 core is up to date
 extra is up to date
 community is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
 there is nothing to do

Have there really not been any updates to any packages in the arch repositories since October 2nd?

Change your mirror. Arch gets updates daily if properly configured.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
