CPU core soft lockups on TLB flushes (AMD Ryzen 2500 ThinkPad A485)

I'm using Arch on the ThinkPad A485 with AMD Ryzen Pro 2500.

Because I experienced frequent seemingly random freezes that required a hard reset, i took a look in the journalctl to find there are constantly soft lockups of CPU cores apparently associated to translation lookaside buffer flushes and SMP features:

I'll can upload the full log if required once I find out how to attach a text file to a post in this forum. There's been no load on the machine, only some music playback or occasionally browsing the web.

How does one debug this? Maybe disable SMT completely?
