Gnome Menu

My Gnome Menu is so bloated with KDE apps, I right click on the menu and slect 'Edit Menus' and nother ever happens. It seems to try to start a program, but never does. I tried alacarte from AUR but I can't seem to figure out how to run it either

Delete ~/.local/share/applications, and try something like this, as root(at your own risk):

for i in /opt/kde/share/applications/*; do printf "nOnlyShowIn=KDEn" >> $i; done
