Hi guys,
I have installed Arch Linux recently. However I faced low space issues in root directory and I copied root directory into a new ext4 partition.
This was my only option because I did nt have any space near my root partition(It is somewhere in the middle of 5 partitions). Then i used to chroot command and set that partition as root(/) . Now I always get this GRUB rescue mode and I should always type
set prefix=(hd0,gpt8)
set boot=(hd0,gpt8)/boot/grub
insmod normal
normal
Only then I get the GRUB menu.
Can you help me fix this problem?
Thanks in advance!!

You need to re-run the grub-install command, since it needs to embed the location of "set root=(hd0,gpt8)" in order to locate the grub.cfg and read the additional configuration.
By the way, you have just learned why overly elaborate partition layouts are a bad idea. If you really want many partitions, use something like lvm which allows you to conveniently resize them when you need to -- otherwise, just use one partition.
There's no practical use of multiple partitions for one OS that I can think of, which are not solved *better* by the use of a filesystem which supports subvolumes (e.g. btrfs). And in most cases, there's no need for multiple partitions at all. (I wish people would stop making silly /boot partitions for example.)
