Troubles with ASUS GeForce GT710 1Gb 64bit 954/1800MHz (710-1-SL)

Good time of day...

I bought ASUS GeForce GT710 1Gb 64bit 954 / 1800MHz (710-1-SL) due to the death of the previous video card (ASUS GeForce 8500 GT), to which the old Philips 107P5 CRT monitor was connected, and since the screw was also lost, I reinstalled the system...
As a result, on proprietary drivers, everything looks like Windows Safe Mode (in the "MODULES" section, mkinitcpio.conf registered "nvidia nvidia_modeset nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm"), but when you reinstall the nouveau drivers, the situation did NOT change... Due to the maximum resolution, the console was reconfigured GRUB:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="video=800x600-32 vga=789 acpi_backlight=vendor"
GRUB_GFXMODE="800x600x32"

There is an assumption that the incorrect screen resolution is caused by the above setting...

Reinstalled the system again, this time immediately putting the nouveau driver... As a result, everything is fine with resolutions, but at any resolution at any monitor refresh rate there are wild blinks that make it impossible to work behind the machine...

How can I resolve this situation?... I don’t plan to change the monitor due to its performance...

So, the proprietary drivers somehow overcame: Settings -> Compositor-> Rendering backend picked up the Xrender, but I will also try to feed the parameters, as described in ArchWiki ...

But with proprietary ones, so far there is no progress, although I did the same with instructions from ArchWiki ...

Although, on the other hand, the desktop itself and the taskbar (KDE) look adequate, but the menus and window elements are large, did anyone dig in this direction? ...
