AMD published a guide for building/packaging ROCM-based binaries

Can anyone who has AMD hardware help to write PKGBUILDs?

ROCr user-land runtime
ROCm OpenCL runtime and compiler
HCC runtime and compiler
HIP compiler
ROCm device-optimized low-level libraries
ATMI (Asynchronous Task and Memory Interface) runtime

yes, it's a opencl compatible layer, for those legacy GPU applications who haven't migrated to rocm.

Re: AMD published a guide for building/packaging ROCM-based binaries

Is it not from your list "ROCm OpenCL runtime and compiler"?

yes, but the pkgbuild is a *-git. we don't know if an incoming commit is fully tested.

Re: AMD published a guide for building/packaging ROCM-based binaries

Ah so you need to pin the commit to roc-2.0.0 (184c0efb3ad33c7326850fd8d790a3822e62a302) remove the git suffix and test it.
Edit:
fixed tag and added commit hash
