mpv segfaults with "free(): invalid pointer" after switching GPU
I recently switched from a GTX 1060 to a RX 480, and even though I switched most if not all of the config files over to use the new AMD card and drivers, mpv still seems to crash with it relating back to nvidia. There are various solutions that I found but none of them are very nice.

Another solution was to completely remove anything relating to nvidia and rebuild a few big packages, but because I don't know how to automatically patch PKGBUILDs, I don't want to have to manually change everything every time I update.
I don't have any idea how graphic drivers work, so I don't know how to continue debugging this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also new to this forum, so sorry if I messed up any of the guidelines.
