Hello gang, happy holidays (if you celebrate),
I am using XFCE and have added qjackctl to the Applications Autostart section under settings. When I reboot and login I don't see the application icon in the notification area like when I manually start the app. When I perform an htop I can see the app is running, and when I kill the process and launch it manually the icon displays in the notification area.
I posted a message in the forums of the person who developed it and he mentions that it's something to do with the desktop environment or wayland instead of qjackctl, even though prior version work properly.
I reverted to a prior version of qjackctl and the autostart works properly, just not the latest. Not sure if it's qjackctl, xfce notification area, DE.
Any ideas for me to look?
thanx
