Hello dear members,
I'm a newbie and I need some help.
After installing Arch, I got this issue of time out caused by this service sys-subsystem-net-devices-multi-user.device
I tries this:
$ systemctl show -p WantedBy,RequiredBy sys-subsystem-net-devices-multi-user.device
RequiredBy=wpa_supplicant@multi-user.service
WantedBy=and then:
$ systemctl list-unit-files --state enabled
UNIT FILE STATE
autovt@.service enabled
dbus-fi.w1.wpa_supplicant1.service enabled
dbus-org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.service enabled
dbus-org.freedesktop.nm-dispatcher.service enabled
getty@.service enabled
NetworkManager-dispatcher.service enabled
NetworkManager-wait-online.service enabled
NetworkManager.service enabled
wpa_supplicant.service enabled
wpa_supplicant@.service enabled
remote-fs.target enabled
11 unit files listed.I just don't know which one is handling my internet connection and which ones I should disable.
Thank you for your kind help.

Welcome to the arch linux forums Lima. wpa_supplicant@multi-user.service which requires sys-subsystem-net-devices-multi-user.device is certainly incorrect and the service can be disabled.
Did you configure NetworkManager or wpa_supplicant on the installed system? If you are unsure disable NetworManager.service or wpa_supplicant.service reboot and check internet connectivity.

That did the trick. I disabled wpa_supplicant.service & wpa_supplicant@.service and boot is back to normal.
Thank you so much logs and happy holidays.
