but than i having problem with grub-install
/boot/grub/386-pc no such file or directory
i dont know why arch want to use my "boot mounted" partition as a space for /boot
and dont know why grub cant install on it.

A boot partition, by definition, is mounted to /boot. I don't know what you're thinking of. Tell us how you're trying to set up this system.

iv told...
according to install instruction 1mb for boot partition is enough.
pacstrap stuck when installing kernel in /boot (cannot write)
so i changed boot partition size to 50mb and than it works...
later when I runed mkinitcpio... error comes again and I have to remake boot partion to 200mb to resolve it again
because kernel installs in /boot... but somethings wrong because that space must be on root partiton under /boot directory... not on /boot partition
seems pacstrap doesnt know the differences and it wants to install everything what is in /boot directory > to mounted boot partition
if i try to format boot partition as vfat, than genfstab doesnt use it
I am using mbr and legacy-efi and somehow i was install base with 200mb boot partition
...
but ok...
problem is that grub cant be installed
grub-install --target=i386-pc /dev/sda
it creates grub directory in /boot
and than reports error
/boot/386-pc: No such file or directory

actually do i need boot partition?

I think you're confusing a BIOS boot partition (needed only by grub on BIOS systems with a GPT-partitioned disk), and a traditional boot partition, where the kernel, initrds and bootloader can reside if they need to be separated from the root partition.
Re-read the installation guide and the grub article (assuming you actually want to install grub), baring in mind the distinction between these two partition types.
Mod note: moving to NC.

There is rarely an actual need for a separate boot partition.
You're not using BIOS with GPT.
You're not using UEFI with crippled bootloaders like systemd-boot, that require a very large ESP containing about 50MB for each kernel you have installed.
You are using legacy BIOS mode on UEFI-capable systems, but that is a different problem entirely and regardless of the poor choice, it should at least boot properly, without the need for a separate /boot partition.
