[SOLVED] how to recover deleted files?

I use Arch on a Chromebook which has eMMC 16GB for my work because it is light, I can carry around easily.
All are on same partition except /boot and swap.
I write office documents and take notes at meeting, workshop, etc.

I use to delete files permanently and regularly for more space because of small eMMC.

Today, I accidentally deleted my Documents folder. There were some important stuffs inside like odt and pdf.
Then I created a new Documents folder and move around some files here and there, also into Documents folder I newly created.
And I also already shutdown the computer.

Later, I have got an idea of Data Recovery if possible. So I read this page https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/File_recovery.
But I don't know what is right to choose for my situation, actually.

So, if anymore can, please suggest and help.

I know it is all about my stupids but I want my data back.

Recovery of deleted files is tricky at best. But given a small nearly full drive on which you created many new files after the deletion, there is little if any hope of any recovery. Once the space the deleted files were in is reused, that's the end of it.

I now understood and redoing my stuffs I deleted.
