GRUB doesn't detect any operating system

When i use the command "grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg" it only says...

Generating grub configuration file ...
done

..and it should list the operating systems it finds (ex. i have only Arch and Windows 7)

What can i do?

EDIT: Okay, so i installed ntfs-3g now. It detects Windows 7, but it still doesn't detect Arch

How did you install Arch, and what installation guide did you follow. How did this problem start? What did you do?
