1) What is your dock ?

which one?

The top is several LCD style dockapps (i'll give you the exact ones if you want)

The big icons and icons to the left of the panel are all made using idesk.  Most of the icons are from Nuovo-Ettiquete

The panel at the bottom is pypanel.
