After updating to the latest 4.20.0-arch1-1-ARCH kernel, whenever I shutdown in any way (shutdown -h now; systemctl poweroff; through Plasma's GUI; etc.), my system powers off, then after a a number of seconds, restarts again. I've checked several other threads on similar subjects, but none have offered a solution for my problem.
/etc/default/grub contains:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="pcie_aspm=off pcie_port_pm=off edac_report=off"
to address some hardware issues my system was having, but this hasn't presented itself as a problem for several kernel versions before this one.
